Return Policy


Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. If you're not pleased with your purchase, for any reason, we will hastily work to make an exchange, refund the purchase price, or credit your credit card (depending upon your original method of payment).

Should a problem occur due to a defect (not abuse, alteration, normal wear and tear or misuse of a product), you may return the item for a replacement within 14 days.   Call  for return authorization number and shipping instructions.  IN ADDITION to getting a return authorization number,  simply ship the item to us in its original condition, along with all original packaging and materials, via insured parcel post or UPS,  together with an explanation of the defect to the address shown below.  Items returned without authorization will not be accepted!  Be sure to include the authorization number on the outside of the packaging.  In the event that we authorize the return of a non-defective product, there will be a 10% restocking fee.  Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.  Any returns/exchanges after 14 days with authorization must include $7.95 for return shipping. 

Note: Due to the personal nature of wraps, suports, insoles, and other non-jewelry items, and for health reasons, there will be no returns or exchanges. All of our products are new -- not customer returns or factory refurbished.

Full, Queen and King size Mattress pads may be returned within 90 days for a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping and handling), to the original manufacturer.  No returns can be accepted (other than for manufacturing defects) after the stated return period. Orders to  Alaska, Hawaii,  the Virgin Islands and Canada will arrive within 8-14 business days. Mattress pads cannot be shipped by air.   The manufacturers offer a Drop Ship opportunity for our customers.
